I held off on posting this yesterday for fear of it being an April Fools joke but it looks like this is real, however I’m going to keep it marked as a rumor until an official SEGA statement surfaces.
Reports from anonymous sources have revealed that Sega Studios San Francisco (the studio behind Golden Axe and the Iron Man movie games) is shutting down today. The initial report on this story from gaming site Sega Nerds has been confirmed by 1up’s own internal sources.
