Blizzard sues those responsible for creating Starcraft II hacks

Blizzard last week filed suit in the Los Angeles US District Court against three programmers, accusing them of creating and selling hacks for Starcraft II in violation of the end-user license agreement, terms of use, and copyright law.

Considering the defendants were selling the hacks and making the game unplayable to anyone playing against a people who used the codes, going after the programmers seems to be a prudent move.
